Scandinavian Food Welcome to the World of Scandinavian food The Festival offers an array of Scandinavian foods. Besides the Festival Food Booth there is the Festival Food Court. It is a rare opportunity to sample such a variety of traditional Scandinavian foods. The dinning pavilion is a great place for family and friends to gather. Swedish Meatball Dinner The Thule Lodge will serve their traditional meatball dinner with potato and vegetable on Friday.
Lingonberry Drink imported from Sweden also available. Swedish Korv Dinner
![]() The Joint Neighborhood Project will prepare and serve a korv dinner on Saturday from noon to 7:30 PM. Besides korv, the dinner will include rotmos (potato and rutabaga) and a vegetable. Funds raised by Joint Neighborhood Project will be supplemented by additional funds from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Joint Neighborhood Project is an agency providing a multi-faceted outreach into a poverty neighborhood. The agency originated out of two of our Swedish Lutheran Churches - First and Immanuel. Festival Food Court St. Timothy's Lutheran Church will be serving beef on wick, soda, lingonberry drink all weekend. On Sunday morning beginning at 10 AM until at least Noon, the Thule Lodge Swedish Folk Dance Team will be serving Swedish Pancakes with Lingonberries. Watch for additional food treats. Korv Burger Booth ![]() The American Scandinavian Heritage Foundation is providing a booth again this year to serve Norm’s korv burgers. This is a locally created dish that is gaining national attention. Dennis Fowler's Famous Taffy New to the festival, but not to the area, is Dennis Fowler and his famous taffy. Franklin's Honey And Apples ![]() This vendor from Forestville, NY will have a variety of goodies available, some of which are honey, kettle korn, cotton candy, hot caramel apple chips, fruit logs, roasted corn, roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes, and yo yo balloons.
